Certain mammals have what I consider the good fortune to sleep through the winter, that is to hibernate. They bed down in the fall and for all intents and purposes, don't rise again until the spring AND in the process they weigh half as much as they did at their peak weight in the fall! I want to be a bear! Now some of my family members might already think that I am a bear but we won't even go there...Bear with me (cute pun, huh) as I work on getting back up to speed with this whole blog thing.
